Buyers shall not be entitled to cancel the order due to any cause whatever unless our principals expressly so consent.

Order will be executed either wholly or partly accordingly to the availability of stock.

This order is subject to the confirmation by our principals.

Our responsibility will cease on delivery of goods in Mumbai or delivery of goods at Railway Station or Bunder. Insurance if required shall be effected at buyer's cost.

Our principals shall not be responsible for further delay in supplies caused by fire, accident, strike or lock-out etc.

The Mumbai Court shall only have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute inter precaution or claim arising out of under or in connection with contract.

If payment is delayed more than 45 days then interest will be charged @ 21% p.a.
